The hotel provides a communal kitchen with coffee.
Upon arrival, I struggled to find entrance instructions and had to reach out for them. The condition of my room was unacceptable. it was not only small but also filthy, and as a couple, we were promised a private bathroom that turned out to be shared. To make matters worse, the fire safety features were lacking with no alarm present, and I was deeply uncomfortable leaving my belongings there.

The facilities were conveniently located near
The main attractions, making it easy to explore London. I appreciated the complimentary items in the kitchen like cereals and coffee. the room size was slightly cramped for two people, which made moving around a bit tricky.

The communal kitchen had a nice selection of complimentary cereals and coffee, which was great for a quick breakfast.
The room we stayed in was disappointingly cramped and not as clean as expected, with inadequate bathroom facilities.

The wooden floors and thin walls make for a noisy experience, and you can hear every step and conversation from surrounding rooms. I noticed the bedding had holes and black spots, which is not exactly inviting. The bathroom on my floor was consistently wet and slippery, posing a safety risk. the lack of kitchen utensils like forks and knives made meal prep a hassle. Power outlets were limited too—only two sockets for three people made charging devices a bit tricky.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. the twin room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with a TV. The keenness of the manager, Maz, in ensuring everything ran smoothly was particularly commendable and made my experience delightful.
Nothing significant.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom was super clean and the bed was really comfy. The kitchen was a cool bonus with coffee and cereals, but it could’ve used more towels for a longer stay. It felt a bit small for the price, but if you need to be near London City Airport, it's convenient.

The room was cozy and clean, while the staff's friendliness stood out. The well-designed kitchen was a fantastic space, though it could benefit from more kitchenware. A larger towel would enhance comfort, but overall it was a solid choice for a short stay.
